Convenient laundry washing with AppWash from Miele

With AppWash Miele makes washing and drying your clothes a breeze. Directly in our laundry room at the card terminal or after a one-time registration in the app, you simply select your machine, load your laundry, add a provided washing tablet directly to the drum, and start the cycle at the touch of a button.

Optionally, you can have your clothes dried directly in the dryer. Payment is made conveniently on-site at the card terminal or via the app.

The advantage of the APP is that you can see from your room whether the machine you want to use is available or is currently in use.

Washing made easy – with AppWash from Miele
With the AppWash app from Miele, doing laundry is child's play:

  1. Pay directly at the card terminal or register once – quick and uncomplicated.
  2. Select machine – directly in the app or on-site at the card terminal.
  3. Add laundry – add the provided washing tablet to the laundry – and start at the touch of a button.
  4. Optional drying – modern dryers are also available.

This saves you time and allows you to enjoy the convenience of modern equipment.

  • Bed linen: twice a week (daily if required – please contact reception if interested)
  • Towels: daily (for the sake of the environment, please leave towels that you want to reuse on the holder – they will only be changed if you place them on the floor) 
  • We are happy to provide you with an alarm clock
  • Alternatively, we can call you on your mobile

  • Room cleaning is done daily between 8am and 4pm
  • If you stay in the room after 1 p.m., cleaning cannot take place on that day – thank you for your understanding
  • If you do not want to be disturbed or want to do something good for the environment, simply hang the appropriate sign on the outside of your room door or fill out the following form
  • Our hotel entrance door is always open
  • You can create a card at any time at the self-check-in machine.

    To do this, you will need your booking number or the name you provided as your surname when booking, as well as your arrival and departure dates; the terminal will then guide you through the process until the room card is created.
